Run your whole practice from one login.

Your practice workspace is free. There is no cap on client books and no seat cap, and nothing expires it. Each client book is billed at its own plan, and you choose per client whether you pay us and bill them, or they pay us directly.

No card. Your practice workspace stays free whether you bring one client or a hundred.

Every client's BIR deadlines in one list, who needs attention at a glance, one click into any client's books, and staff assigned to specific client books. Real eKapital screens with demo data.

One login, every client's books

Move between client companies without signing out and without a password spreadsheet. Assign each staff member to the client books they work on: the assignment is what grants access, and removing it takes the access away. Firm owners and admins reach every book.

Built for BIR from the start, not translated for it

On a Pro book: 1701Q, 2551Q, 2550M, 2550Q, 0619E, 1601-EQ, 2307, 2316, 1702 and the CAS Books of Accounts — generated from the client's actual transactions rather than re-keyed from a spreadsheet, so a BIR request is a download rather than a weekend. Smaller plans carry the subset that plan grants, so each book costs what that client actually needs.

Two ways to bill, decided per client

Pay us for a client's book and bill that client yourself, and you take a discount off our price for that book. Leave the client paying us directly, and we record a partner earning for your firm instead. You choose per client, on the plans our rate card covers.

One bill for the books you pay for

Every client book your firm pays for goes onto one monthly invoice from us, itemised per client with the period each line covers. Books your clients pay for never appear on it.

What it costs

Your practice workspace

Partner

₱0/mo
  • Unlimited firm staff
  • Unlimited client books — no per-book cap
  • Each client book is priced and capability-scoped at its own plan
  • Firm dashboard across all client books

Each client book is priced at its own plan: Solo ₱499, Plus ₱1,499, Pro ₱3,499 per month, VAT-inclusive.

Partner rate card

Your band is set by how many active paid client companies you bring — counted across both billing arrangements, starting at your first client. Bill a client yourself and you take the discount off our price for that book, on the plans this card covers.

Active clientsYour discount
1-915%
10-2925%
30-9935%
100+40%

At 30 clients, a Pro book costs you ₱2,274.35 a month instead of ₱3,499. What you charge that client for your services is your own arrangement.

Every band has a floor: a client book never bills below ₱300/month VAT-inclusive, measured on the monthly equivalent. On our lowest-priced plan the floor is reached before the deeper bands are, so those books settle at the floor rather than at the band rate.

When your band moves up, monthly books take the new rate from the next billing period. An annual book billed in that same period is still priced at your previous band — both its rate and its floor — and moves to the new band from the period after.

A client book on Enterprise sits outside this rate card, so it cannot be billed to your practice until we agree a rate with you for it. It works exactly as usual on client billing in the meantime, and you still earn your partner share on it.

On a client book that pays us directly we record a partner earning for your firm. It appears on your billing page once that month closes, stays claimable for 24 months, and we confirm the amount and the paperwork with you in writing before anything is settled.

There is a ceiling on that earning. A client book on a plan priced above Pro earns your firm what the same book would have earned on Pro at your band, rather than a share of the larger price.

Set up your practice from your account — it takes a few minutes.

Questions

What does the free practice workspace actually include?

The workspace itself: your firm, your staff, your client books, the firm dashboard across all of them, and staff assignment per client. It carries no books of its own — each client company you add is billed at its own plan.

Is there a limit on how many client books I can have?

No. There is no per-book cap on the practice workspace and no seat cap on your staff.

How do I get in? Is there an application?

No application and no sales call to start. Create your account from the button on this page and we take you straight to practice setup once you confirm your email — your firm and its dashboard are provisioned in that same session, not queued for someone to approve. If you already keep books in eKapital you can bring that company in as your first client instead of starting an empty one. Verifying your practice is a separate, optional step that unlocks the higher rate bands; until then you earn the entry band, and everything else works exactly the same.

Do I have to move all my clients at once?

No. Add one client book, work it for a month, and decide. Nothing is locked by how you start: once your practice is verified, your rate band recalculates as your client count moves, in both directions.

Which clients should I bill myself, and which should pay you directly?

Bill the ones you already invoice for a monthly retainer: it is one more line on an invoice you already send. Leave the ones who prefer to hold their own vendor relationships paying us directly. You decide per client — with one exception: a book on Enterprise sits outside the rate card, so it can go on your own bill only once we have agreed a rate with you for it. Client billing is available for any book, on any plan.

What does my client see if I'm paying for their book?

Their company shows that it is billed by your firm. They keep working in their books, they are not prompted to pay us, and they cannot change the plan — that is yours to manage. Taking a client’s billing over needs that client’s agreement: we ask them, and nothing moves until they accept. Handing it back is your call, and we tell them.

What happens to a client’s books if they leave my firm?

The books are the client’s. You release the book, and the company and every record in it stay with that client; your staff’s access to it ends and your rate band recalculates from the next period.

Do you have a CAS Acknowledgement Certificate I can rely on for my clients?

No, and be careful of anyone who says they do. CAS registration is granted by the BIR to a taxpayer for their own system, not to a software vendor, so the certificate is always in your client's name. What eKapital does is produce the Books of Accounts and the registration package your client files.

Do you migrate my client's data for me?

We do not do the migration for you — there is no migration service today, and we would rather say so than promise capacity we have not built. What ships is the import path: a chart-of-accounts and contacts import, an opening-balances-at-cutover flow, and a written guide for each.

Who do I contact when something is wrong?

Every plan includes founder-led email support — replies within one business day. There is no separate partner support queue today; if that changes we will say so here.
