Is eKapital for the Philippines or the US?

The Philippines. Every compliance feature — VAT, percentage tax, withholding, BIR forms, books of accounts — is built for BIR requirements.

How is my data isolated from other companies?

Every record in eKapital belongs to exactly one company, and that boundary is enforced in multiple independent layers of the system — not just in the screens you see. One company’s books are never visible to another’s users.

What plans exist?

Solo, Plus, and Pro for businesses, plus Enterprise. New accounts start on a 30-day trial with Pro features. An accounting firm doesn’t buy a plan for its practice — the practice workspace is free, each client book it manages is priced at one of those same plans, and the firm takes a discount that follows how many active client books it brings. Who can change the plan?

The Owner only. Administrators manage the books, but the account that pays controls the plan.

Is inventory included on every plan?

The product and service catalog comes with invoicing on every tier. Inventory tracking — stock cards, adjustments, cost of goods sold — is included on plans with the inventory module; see Pricing.

How do I report a bug or suggest an idea?

Use the Report a problem button (the bug icon) in the bottom-right corner of any signed-in screen. Pick Bug or Idea, describe what happened, and — for a bug — attach the screenshot eKapital captures of the current screen (you can annotate or retake it, and it’s only sent after you agree). You’ll get a reference number and can follow your submissions under My reports.
