Payroll Reports
Last updated: 2026-07-09 Summary:
- eKapital has four payroll reports: Payroll Summary, Tax Liability, Employee Earnings, and Deductions Summary.
- All four cover Processed pay runs only and are filtered by a date range.
- There is no per-employee payslip PDF — use these reports for payroll figures.
Find them under Payroll → Reports (the Payroll Reports page). Pick a report, set a Start Date and End Date, and click Generate Report. Columns adapt to your country (the Philippine statutory columns for PH tenants, the US columns otherwise).
The four reports
Section titled “The four reports”| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Payroll Summary | One row per pay run — employees, total gross, total deductions, employer taxes, and total net — with a grand-total row across the range |
| Tax Liability | Employee and employer amounts by contribution/tax type, so you can see what’s owed to each agency |
| Employee Earnings | Per-employee earnings and withholdings across the range (PH: BIR withholding, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG; US: federal, state, Social Security, Medicare) |
| Deductions Summary | Deductions rolled up by type across the selected pay runs |
Scope and limits
Section titled “Scope and limits”- Processed runs only. Draft, Calculated, and Approved runs are excluded — a run appears in the reports once you process it.
- Date-ranged. Results cover pay runs whose pay date falls in the range you choose. If a range would return more than 1,000 pay runs, the page shows a warning and lists the first 1,000 — narrow the range to see more.
- Empty ranges show a “No processed pay runs found” note rather than a blank table.
No payslip PDF
Section titled “No payslip PDF”eKapital does not generate a per-employee payslip PDF. For payroll figures — per employee or in aggregate — use the reports above (Employee Earnings is the per-person view). The one employee-facing PDF eKapital produces is the annual BIR Form 2316, not a per-period payslip.
